Deal Summary In 2014, an investment was made in Directioneering, which is Australia’s leading outplacement services provider, providing executive career transition services primarily to white collar, middle/executive management. A bolt-on acquisition of Audrey Page was completed in May 2015 and the businesses subsequently amalgamated to form 'The Career Insight Group'.
